Rooted in Regeneration

At Carnation Farms, regenerative farming is how we’re building resilience for the future. Through soil-first strategies and place-based experimentation, we grow food that nourishes ecosystems, the community, and the next generation of farmers.

Farming with Purpose

Regenerative agriculture is about giving more than we take. How that looks depends on where you farm. Here in the Snoqualmie Valley, our methods are shaped by weather, seasons, and the floodplain. Through regenerative organic farming practices, we build fertility with thoughtful land management, strategic grazing, and continual adaptation.

Our regenerative approach integrates animals, honors seasonal rest, and embraces innovation that supports long-term soil health and food system resilience. Using innovative regenerative farming practices, we regularly test, tweak, and rethink how we operate. Adaptation is the point: there is no universal recipe for regeneration, just principles that we tailor through experience.

Our goal is to strike a balance between productivity and regeneration, and as a nonprofit, we are dedicated to educating the community on our findings to build a healthier food system together.

Regenerative Practices at Carnation Farms

Our regenerative practices are rooted in real results to improve soil, grow healthier crops, and develop systems that work in our region.

Why It Matters

Regenerative agriculture isn’t just about how we grow food. It’s about how we care for our animals, ecosystems, and future farmers. When we practice regenerative farming in a way that improves the land and sustains the farmers tending it, we build something worth passing on.

Interested in learning more about our methods or how you can get involved? Reach out and come visit us at an upcoming event! We’d love to talk about soil, systems, and the future of food.
