Local Beef, Raised with Purpose

Our beef share programs are a direct way to access nutrient-dense, pasture-raised meat from animals raised with care right here on our nonprofit, regenerative farm in the Snoqualmie Valley. By choosing local beef shares, you’re supporting sustainable farming and enjoying wholesome, traceable food from our pastures to your plate.

Locally Sourced Beef for Peak Flavor

Carnation Farms’ beef shares are more than a purchase; they’re a relationship built on trust and sustainability. By choosing local beef farms like ours, you’re supporting local agriculture, humane practices, and regenerative land stewardship.

Our cattle are part of a holistic farm system rooted in transparency and care values that define true local beef farms. Every step, from pasture to plate, is guided by a desire to nourish the land, our community, and your family.

When you buy a beef share directly from the farmer, it’s similar to a fruit or vegetable Farm Box program but with pasture-raised beef from local beef farms that you can trust for quality, flavor, and integrity.
